Sushi vinegar in powder form. Unlike liquid sushi vinegar, it can be used to make sushi rice without sticking to the rice.1 tbsp per 300g of rice is a good rule of thumb.
How to use
Mix about 1 tablespoon per 300g of rice. Adjust the amount to your liking.
Use it to season rice for inarizushi, rolled sushi or nigirizushi.
If you are mixing flavored chirashi-sushi ingredients, you do not need to sprinkle this powder.
Note
It may have a light color due to the ingredients, but there is no problem with the quality.
After opening the package, seal it, store it away from moisture, and use it as soon as possible.
