Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Vegetable Based Shortening (Palm Stearin) and Yeast.

Remove the wrapper and arrange on a plate.
Steam approximately 10 minutes over boiling water and serve.
Heat oil 160°C.
Do not defrost, remove the wrapper. Cook for about 1 minutes until golden brown. Turn frequently to achieve even colour thoroughly.
Drain oil and serve.
